FAQ
What are your products intended for?
All products are sold strictly for research and development use only — specifically, in vitro laboratory investigation by qualified researchers. They are not drugs, biologics, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and they are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, or any clinical application.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every batch is independently tested for identity and purity by a third-party analytical laboratory. We do not self-certify.
Where can I find a Certificate of Analysis?
COAs are published on each product page and matched to the lot number printed on the vial label. The full COA library is also searchable by compound and batch. If you need a COA for a specific lot, contact us with your order and lot number.
What purity do you guarantee?
Our products are produced and tested to meet a minimum of 99% purity by HPLC. The exact figure for the batch you receive is listed on its COA.
Where are your products made?
All products are manufactured in the United States in facilities that follow strict quality and traceability standards.
How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Domestic shipping is free on orders over $500.
Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?
Yes. Reach out through our contact page with the products and quantities you're interested in, and we'll send a quote.
How should I store the compounds when they arrive?
Most lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short periods but should be moved to refrigerator (2–8°C) or freezer (−20°C) storage as soon as practical. Specific storage guidance is included with each shipment and on the COA.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
To a limited list of destinations. Import laws vary by country and it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that the compounds they order may be lawfully imported.
