1. Research Use Only

All products sold by Rewerk Research Peptides Labs ("Rewerk") are research chemicals intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory investigation by qualified researchers. Products are not drugs, biologics, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, in vivo experimentation in humans, or any therapeutic, preventive, or clinical application. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

By purchasing any product, you affirm the Research Use Agreement: that you are a qualified researcher acting in a laboratory capacity, and that the compounds will not be used outside of in vitro research.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from this site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders flagged as fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

4. Shipping & international orders

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Returns policy. For international orders, you are solely responsible for confirming that the compounds may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction and for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.

5. Returns & refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened vials. Damaged, mislabeled, or incorrect shipments are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. Rewerk's total liability arising from or related to any product or order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or order in question. Rewerk is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
